What kind of material do you use?
We use quality sterling silver for most of our designs including the chains and findings. A few designs are made with copper and gold-filled discs which are noted in the descriptions.
Will the letters and numbers be perfectly straight?
Due to the the nature of handcrafted items some slight imperfections may be visible. These should not be considered flaws, but rather they give character to each piece. Each letter/number/design is individually handstamped so the character placement will vary. The letters and numbers may not line up perfectly but this is what gives each piece its own uniqueness and charm!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 weeks to create your order before being shipped. Typically, orders ship around 10-14 days after purchase, but around busy holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day) orders can take the full 3 weeks before shipping. Order cut-off dates will be posted on our home page for those holidays.
Can you rush my order?
We are able to handle a Rush Order if needed. You may select the Rush Order Upgrade (when available) in the a la carte category. Rush orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail (overnight to most areas) within 5 days of purchase.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Yes, sterling silver (and copper) will naturally tarnish over time. Included with every order is a small polishing pad which works wonders in keeping your jewelry shiny. We also include a brown tarnish-resistant pouch for your jewelry storage.
My jewelry has some scratches from the birthstone charms. Is this normal?
Yes, sterling silver is a soft metal and anything that comes into contact with these metals including other metals, crystals, and even pearls can create fine scratches on the silver. This is normal and cannot be avoided, however, minor surface scratches can be buffed out using the polish pad that was provided with your order.
I never received a confirmation email.
Confirmation emails are sent automatically and could end up being filtered as spam. Please check your spam box and contact us if you need us to resend it.
My order is a gift, can I add a note with the package?
Sure! Let us know in the "Additional Info" box on the checkout page and we'll be sure to include your personal note with the order.
Where are you located? Can I come pick up my order at your studio?
We are located in the Dallas area, however, we are an online business only, working from our home studio. We ship our orders using USPS First Class Mail in order to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
